Treating cockroaches with food bait in gel form! How it's done: Many households will have better results against roaches with gel-formulated insecticides. If used correctly, it is possible to achieve results. Cockroach baits have an action in action combined with a food. The pests are dead and eat the bait and crawl for it. Unexposed cockroaches can also submit indirect ingestions of the amount of traces of sight toxicant in sputum and faeces from exposed individuals.
The key to success with bait is proper placement. Location of German cockroaches are under/around sinks and toilets; behind refrigerators, dishwashers and stoves; near garbage containers; and inside cabinets and storage areas.
While the materials bait stations are used for operational use, their application type of baits are often more versatile and efficient. The syringe makes it possible to inject small drops of bait into cracks, corners, edges and other places where cockroaches live. Cockroaches are not attracted to baits from long distances; they go over them during their foraging activities. Therefore, the more gel droplets that are extracted, the more likely they are to be found and eaten. The larger the infestation, the more placements will be needed. Large infestations can also be used periodically replenishing the bait consumed by the cockroaches.
Unlike the quick initial 'knockdown' of pests observed with a few sprays, cockroaches that feed on bait will not die immediately. In some respects, this is true because the exposed roach return home and potentially infect others. Once the cockroach has found and consumed the bait, it dies within 1-3 days. A significant reduction in overall infestation should be possible within a few weeks.
With cockroach baits, it's not necessary to empty kitchen, kitchen cupboards or covered food storage bins in front. Another advantage is that they have practically no and minimal risk to children or animals.
